David our intrepid CEO is back at it and looking for your support! Every year, for 38 years, several hundred ‘Trekkers’ have shown up road-trip-ready to ride for the 1 in 5; that is the 1 in 5 Canadians affected by lung disease including asthma, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, and lung cancer. Bicycle Trek, and the funds it helps raise, support vital research, advocacy and patient support programs. Since the event began, Trekkers have raised millions to help Canadians breathe easier.
In support of the BC Lung Foundation, and the 1 in 5, Dave will be cycling 200 km over two days, August 12 and 13. That’s right, 100 km per day for 2 days and all by peddle power. The route has changed this year but not the distance. We will be cycling the back roads of Delta and Richmond. This will be his 9th Lung Association Trek!
